For as long as you receive services as a Unipicker member, Unipicker retains your personal data and uses it solely to provide the service. If you ask to close your account, the personal data collected is completely erased from our hard disks by a method that makes it unrecoverable, and is handled so that it can no longer be viewed or used for any purpose. As a rule, we destroy personal data without delay once the purpose of its collection and use has been achieved. 4. How to Access and Correct Your Personal Data
You may view or correct your registered personal data at any time. You can do so through the member information settings on the EventBoot website. To change your ID, close your account and sign up again.
5. Provision and Sharing of Personal Data
As a rule, Unipicker does not share members' personal data. Exceptions are made where a member has consented to disclosure, or where legal action is called for against someone who has used the service — intentionally or otherwise — to cause legal harm to others or to offend public morals, and a relevant government agency requests it. Unipicker may share members' personal data with business partners in order to provide better services, such as personalized services. Even then, before any information is provided we tell the member who the business partner is, what information is needed and why, and for how long and how it will be protected and managed, and we ask for their consent. If a member does not consent, we do not collect additional information or share it with business partners.
6. Handling of Attendee Personal Data Uploaded by Customers
Unipicker processes the personal data of event attendees that customers (event organizers) upload to its system — for example, name, mobile number, email address, company name, and job title — only to the extent needed to run the event, such as mobile ticket delivery, entry management, and badge printing, and manages it securely as a processor acting on the customer's behalf. Unipicker does not collect this information directly; responsibility for its collection and use rests with the customer. Unipicker destroys this information within one month of the event end date, and does not reuse it or use it for any other purpose. Electronic files are securely erased using technical methods that make recovery impossible.
7. Procedure and Method for Destroying Personal Data
Procedure: information you enter when signing up is, once its purpose has been achieved, moved to a separate database (or a separate filing cabinet in the case of paper), stored for a set period in line with internal policy and the data protection grounds set out in other applicable laws (see Retention and Use Period), and then destroyed. It is not used for any purpose other than that retention unless the law requires it. Method: personal data printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration, and personal data stored as electronic files is erased using technical methods that make the records unrecoverable.
8. Protection of Personal Data

Only you know your login credentials, and only you, knowing them, can view or change your personal data.
